If you are eligible for a replacement, ARCADE EMPORIUM LTD will provide an identical arcade machine, product, or a product of comparable value, subject to availability. If the original item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement, repair, or a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Any replacement or repaired product is covered under the same conditions as the original purchase.

Warranty Coverage

ARCADE EMPORIUM LTD offers a three-year limited warranty on products sold through our store, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
